Return Policy

We have a 30 day return or refund policy. In the event that you need to return or request a refund on your item/s, please send us an email to support@forgrandparentsonly.com. Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return and we will review your request as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We ask that you send us an email right away so we can address the issue prior to the 30 day window.

Below are the terms and conditions for returns or refunds. 

If you're item is delivered with any sort of printing error or manufacturer defect, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund. Most of the time, you can just send us a picture of the item with the defect and we will either refund you immediately or send you out a replacement without you having to send the original back to us. 

If you have to return an item due to a sizing issue, please email us and we will give you instructions on where to send the item and what to include in the return package. Please note that we can only exchange an item due to a size issue. We are unable to issue refunds in this situation.

You will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back to us but we will cover the shipping when sending out your replacement. Please consider using a trackable shipping service when sending an item back. We are unable to exchange an item if we do not have any record of receiving it back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made and printed to order, we are unable to issue any refunds or exchanges in the event that you changed your mind about your purchase. If this is the case, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you but please understand the nature of our business and take this into consideration when making your purchase.
